Swimming with the Sharks: Young Entrepreneurs

Rising 7th & 8th Graders

Do you have ideas to create the next best product on the market? Want to learn ways to convince investors to believe in your product? In this one-week camp, students will invent and develop a product piece, develop a business plan, and create a presentation that they will pitch to a group of “investors”. Students will gain valuable skills such as oral presentation, marketing, accounting, and finance, as well as how to fundraise and implement the production. If you think you’ve got what it takes, jump into the tank and face “The Sharks”.

Intro to Financial Literacy

Rising 6th to 8th Graders

Are you ready to unlock the secrets of financial success and have fun while doing it? Join us for Intro to Finance Camp, where you'll dive into the world of money management and gain skills that will last a lifetime. Practical math skills, spreadsheet skills, hands-on activities, and a fun environment give you the tools to learn about how money works.

Banking & Budgeting Basics: Learn how to manage a checking account, plan a budget, and master the math behind financial decisions.
Savings: learn how to use your savings to fund your real desires
Investment Strategies: learn about the stock market and basic stock investment principles.
Debt: explore how percentages impact debt, investments, and savings—and how to make them work for you.
